The Craig, Alaska DEM covers the Prince of Wales Island region of the Alexander Archipelago and includes the communities of Craig and Klawock. The DEM has a 1 arc-second (~30 meter) cell size, and is referenced to a vertical datum of mean high water. A smaller, 1/3 arc-second (~10 meter) DEM was also developed. The DEMs were built in October 2008 to support NOAA's Tsunami Program.
