It spans from Cape May in the south to Barnegat Light in the north and includes the communities of Wildwood, Avalon, Sea Isle City, Ocean City, Brigantine, Beach Haven, and Harvey Cedars. The DEM has a 1/3 arc-second (~10 meter) cell size, and is referenced to a vertical datum of mean high water. It was built in October 2007 to support NOAA's Tsunami Program.
