L?Garde is also partnered in this mission with Space Services Holdings Inc. (SSHI) who will conduct all commercial activities associated with the mission such as memorial services, advertising, sponsorship (SSHI fill in) NASA will provide a government frequency allocation for the conduct of this mission.
