Mariana Crosschain 22 degrees N. Various samples available-all labeled individually: Three buckets labeled one, 7,8, two labeled 9, two labeled 11, three labeled 14 and two labeled B. Another labeled rx:2420,2424. One bucket labeled W. Flank of Kasuga. Another bucket labeled bag.

Comments: 14 bags (~ 50 lb each) and 4 boulders of glassy basalt (basaltic andesite) many porphyritic scorria (quite rounded) many aphyric massive blocky. Most fresh some show obvious flow surface textures of pahoehoe type, ropy etc also some clinker like pieces. Many have rough glassy surfaces. Some of the aphyric pieces show very large vesicles ( > 1" diam).
