Comments: 500 lbs, 10 dredge bags ~ 1/2 full, moderately to highly altered, somewhat vesicular, aphyric to plagioclase, olivine, and sparsely pyroxene-phyric, basaltic pillow fragments; 1 piece limestone. Mn curst ranges from Mn stain < 1 mm thick to one pillow fragment with a 10 cm Mn crust, with a median of perhaps 3 mm. Dredge bags were sorted by size, from 5-10 cm cobbles (Bag 1) to 30-40 cm boulders (Bag 10). depth 2600-3000 m.
