Weathering/Metamorphism: weathering - light
Comments: Sample Type: Ol-plg phyric basalt. Mineralogy: Plagioclase + olivine. Weathering: Light. Glass condition: >50% fresh glass. 1 sample bag. Probe glass taken and subsampled by DG. Remaining sample to KJ. a few smaller glass fragments from burlap wrap around weight bag included as separate station glass~ 200 g of plagioclase+olivine phyric glass rinds ~1 cm thick , with Mn/Fe-oxide coatings. 2 chunks, each ~10 g in weight, plus a few glass fragments from weight bag.
