Comments: Sample Type: Plg-phyric basalt. Mineralogy: Plagioclase. Weathering: Fresh. Glass condition: >50% fresh glass. 1 bucket. Probe glass taken from 77-1, 77-2, 77-3, 77-4 with remainder to KJ. DG subsampled 77-1, 77-2. KN 77-3. Two relatively large and several smaller unnumbered samples included in bucket.Approx. 20 kg of glassy pillow buds containing plag megacrysts concentrated in pillow rind (outer 3 cm). Only type (1) in this dredge.
