It also includes, based upon eight observations per day, monthly and annual percent frequencies of ceiling, visibility, and weather conditions by wind direction, wind direction versus wind speed for both all weather and instrument flight rules (IFR), and the mean number of days with various weather conditions for each of the eight observational times.
