The Core Curators' Entry/Edit program is available in this subdirectory:

   The entry program was updated to include new ship codes and province
   codes on July 15, 2011

   The spreadsheet-based entry/edit program uses an Excel (tm) template & 
   visual basic macros to facilitate entry  - you can also use the spreadsheet
   as a basic example to paste in data from other sources.

   If spreadsheet entry is inconvenient, please let us know and we will
   work with you to find another method to send data.
