Well logs and auxiliary information for 16 additional privately drilled test wells are now available from the National Geophysical Data Center (NGDC). These data were generated by private operators from exploratory oil and gas wells leased and operated by private companies. Eleven of these wells were drilled on leases that have been relinquished and the remaining five wells were drilled on leases that have expired. The data were released to NGDC by the Minerals Management Service (MMS) for public dissemination. A summary of the 16 wells and types of well logs and auxiliary information available is given below.

Data for all 16 wells are available on 6 reels of 16-mm microfilm. Individual reels may be purchased as well.
