Field Names on the "dBASE-3"-formatted files that compose the Gazetteer:

1.  Name

    -  25 character maximum (e.g., ALGERIAN-TYRRHENIAN)
    
2.  Undersea Feature

    -  20 character max (e.g., basin)
    
3.  Geographical Position

    -  Point 1: Latitude - Longitude
    -  Point 2: Latitude - Longitude
    -  Point 3: Latitude - Longitude

    Note:   If one point only, Point 1 is filled
            If two points only, Point 1 and Point 3 are filled
    
    General form of each coordinate, in imput:
            ddd mm.cc
                  :____ hundredths of minutes
        or
            ddd mm ss
                   :____seconds
                   
    Notes:  a)  dd only for latitude (2 digits)
            b)  when 2 coordinates only are given, they are keyed as lower
                latitude and left longitude.
                
4.  Geographical Position in radians (for sorting)

    -  Point 1: Latitude - Longitude
    -  Point 2: Latitude - Longitude
    -  Point 3: Latitude - Longitude

    Note:   If one point only, Point 1 is filled
            If two points only, Point 1 and Point 3 are filled
    Each coordinate is coded in radians from +/- pi/2 for latitude (-S,+N)
    and +/- pi for longitude (-W, +E)
