JODC.HED is the original ASCII header that was at the beginning of the 
ASCII data file.  To reconstruct the original ASCII data file using
FREEFORM, enter the following commands with JODC.BIN, JODC.FMT and JODC.HED
in the current directory:
   
   newform jodc.bin > jodc.tmp
   type jodc.hed jodc.tmp > jodc.dat
   del jodc.tmp
