Solar Publications

The NGDC Solar-Terrestrial Physics discipline publications are used to provide data when the number of requests would be so great that it would be inefficient and too costly to handle them individually. The regular publications, Solar-Geophysical Data and the now terminated Ionospheric Data, contain data which have been extensively reformatted to present them in the most useful and meaningful way. Both of these publications are issued under the NGDC name. A third publication series is the UAG Report Series issued under the international name World Data Center A for Solar-Terrestrial Physics. It presents compiled reports of special events, collections of specialized data, or other information or material of particular interest to the solar-terrestrial physics community.
