Doug Zirkle Doug is president and majority owner of Operational Systems, Inc., a Boulder-based software development and technology consulting firm. He joined the CLASS program in 2002, is chair of the CLASS System Engineering Team (SET), and a member of the CLASS Long-Term Architecture Team (LTAT). Doug has designed and implemented software systems for 25 years in application domains ranging from real-time embedded systems to complex distributed environments. He has owned and/or been an executive team member for a number of technology consulting and development companies, having served variously as EVP Engineering, CTO, COO, and president.
