Comments: approx 250 lbs basalt + 100 lbs volcanoclastic sandstone boulder. Basalt sizes range from 10-60 cm; subangular shape; pillow frags; 15% vesicles; MN- crust thin (< 1 cm) + patchy; brownish oxidized rind (~ 1 cm) on most pieces, glass present onone rock as fresh black lens. sandstone - graded volcanic sandstone - hyaloclastite? coarse-grained silica cemented light brown to orange glass shards (?) and clay globules (may once have been ash lapilli). 7 bags.
