Comments: 150 lbs of vesicular and massive basalt fragments and volcanic sandstone fragments. Basalts - radially fractured pillow fragments and angular fragments; 5-25 cm long; 5-15% vesicles with some vug infilling by calcite (?) and clay minerals, thin, patchy MN crust (< 1 cm); slight to moderate alteration, 100 lbs. Volcanic sandstones - most angular fragments Mn encrusted (1-2 cm) on same surface; reddish brown basalt clasts enclosed in an off-white to light-brown matrix. 4 bags. #1 + 2 basalt, # 3 - 4 volc. sandstones.
