Comments: ~ 250 lbs of volcanic sandstones and basalts. Basalts - mixture of pillow frags and small, angular fragments, mostly 5-25 cm long, 1 boulder 30 x 20 cm; thin, patchy MN- crust (< 1 cm MN); 5-15% vesicles with vugs filled with clays; 50 lbs. Volcanic sandstones - thickly MN encrusted (1-2 cm) angular and sub-rounded fragments; basalt clasts are reddish brown (0.5 - 1.5 cm) set in off-white matrix. 5 bags. #1 basalts, #'s 2-5 volc. sandstones.
