how to obtain the atlas
This atlas was published in printed form. It is distributed through the Internet. Frequent users may wish to hold the files on this World Wide Web server on a local harddisk and to access the atlas through the "open file" command of a specific World Wide Web browser (e.g. Netscape, Mosaic). Copies of the files can be obtained from the author as attachments to an e-mail (1.9 MB). I will send four messages to avoid problems of some servers with large e-mails. Copies on disk are available for a price of sfr. 30.- including postage and handling. I send you a bill. All profits will be donated to UNICEF. Donations to UNICEF are tax deductible. If you want to take advantage from this, please donate at least sfr 20.- (or equivalent) to UNICEF. Send two new 3.5" disks and a proof (copy) of your donation to the author. Copies on paper are available, however, we can not hold a larger stock. Printing and handling costs time and, therefore, UNICEF should get more profit. Paper copies cost sfr 40.- per volume. I will mail available copies on a first-come-first-serve basis. Printing of a new stock of copies may take some time. In doubt, please contact me by e-mail.
