There are 66 sec time shift in the BPR atomic clock. According to NDBC and the metadata file, the BPR clock is running ahead of the correct time. The BPR time was set back with 66 seconds. *.res2 - data from DART_1.out processing *.res3 - manually edited *.res2 file *.res4 to de-spiked *.res3 file and after that the time was fixed subtracting 66 seconds. Tohoku tsunami segment was inspected after each processing step to verify no changes were introduced. De-spiking applied using sigmaKK=20.*sigmaK= 0.02376.
